I own the American Barbell urethane plates (well, I have a set of 10s and a set of 20s) and I really happy with them. They live in the team gym so they get plenty of use and have held up really well so far (only about 6 months old but they basically look new aside from some rust spots on the hubs which all of our plates seem to get).
