          Graphene is carbon atoms tightly packed into a single two-dimensional honeycomb lattice structure of a kind of carbon material, nanometer material is the most thin so far known thickness is only 0.335 nm, is only 200000th of a human hair, is to build other dimension carbonaceous materials (such as zero dimension of fullerenes, one-dimensional nanotubes, three-dimensional graphite) of the basic unit, Graphene has a theoretical specific surface area of up to 2630 m2 /g, thermal conductivity of up to 5300 W/mK, and carrier mobility of 200,000 cm2 /Vs at room temperature.

          Huasheng Graphite Co., Ltd. has cooperated with Shanghai Jiao Tong University to develop the chemical preparation technology of large-size graphene, and at the same time, the company has independently developed the physical preparation technology of nano-size graphene. The company has one REDOX graphene production line and one arc graphene production line.

      Redox graphene:

          The REDOX graphene products produced by the company are produced by one-step chemical reaction method at room temperature developed in cooperation with Shanghai Jiao Tong University. This technology has the advantages of low cost, fast reaction (1-2 h), reliable process and high product consistency. It can produce graphene with a wide range of 1-50 μm with a monolaying rate of 99 %. According to the size of graphene sheets, REDOX graphene powders are mainly divided into three types: RGO-1, RGO-2 and RGO-3, which can meet the needs of different uses. The company also produces GO products (water dispersions with different contents) in medium to large sizes.
